Our Impact
In 2024-2025, we shifted from a government entity to Greater Cleveland Works, an independent nonprofit dedicated to creating a better workforce system for all.
We supported thousands of job seekers, connected with numerous employers, deepened existing partnerships and forged new ones. As the workforce development board for Cleveland and Cuyahoga County, we are federally designated to distribute public resources to support job seekers and employers. And, together with our partners across sectors, we do so much more.
